SyncToyCmd does not want to sync

I was getting the following error while trying to run SyncToy from the command line:

SyncToyCmd has detected that the folder pair Database Log Backups has not been synchronized yet. Please run SyncToy.exe to complete the initial synchronization.

Turns out all I needed to do was delete the Folder Pair and recreate it.  Just a little bit of a pain, but worth it for this excellent tool.
